Engineer Abdulmohsen bin Abdullatif Alissa
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University in the United States of America. He previously held several management positions, most notably, Board Member of the Kafalah Programme (financing small and medium enterprises), Board Member of the General Organization for Social Insurance, Board Member of Bank Albilad, Board Member of the United Electronics Company (Extra), Board Member of the Arabian Paper Industries Company.

His current positions are as follows:

Mr. Abdullah Abdulmohsen Alissa
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and has more than twelve years of experience in the financial and investment sector. He started his career at Family Office Financial Company in Bahrain and then Samba Financial Group and Riyadh Financial Group, as well as the position of Vice President for Investment at Mias Investment Company, Board Member and Managing Director at Aqar & Memar International, Managing Director at National General Motors Company, and Chief Investment Officer at Abdul Latif Al Essa Group Company, in addition to the position of Chief Investment Officer at Abdul Latif Al Essa Group Company.

Hesham has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from The American University in London. He has also completed numerous professional development courses in areas such as credit analysis, risk management, and corporate banking strategy. Hesham is fluent in Arabic and English and has experience working in Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

He has many previous experiences, as he started his career as a trainee at the Capital Market Authority, then started his work at Al Rajhi Bank as a financial analyst, then as an assistant customer relations manager until he was promoted to customer relations manager, then corporate credit officer, and then moved to Al-Bilad Bank as an assistant corporate credit manager.
